KHAO means "rice" in Thai — simple, familiar, and at the heart of everyday meals. It's where our story begins.
I grew up with memories of watching my mother cook. Her food was bold, balanced, and full of flavor, but what stayed with me most was the feeling around it — the comfort of a good meal, made with care, and shared at home.
Those memories became the foundation of KHAO. We make the Thai dishes I grew up knowing and loving, with the same belief that good food doesn't have to be complicated — it should simply be something you look forward to eating, again and again.
